PSI Brand has developed 3 types of graphics specifically for rotational moulded plastic parts. Each type is designed to enhance the ease of application in all areas of the rotational moulding industry.
These graphics are the tried, tested and proven simple labeling processes for permanently decorating your plastic products.
Featuring the finest pigments and clear coats available, PSI Brand graphics are a rugged concept which will not chip or separate during application.
Once moulded to the product these graphics offer superior resistance to chemicals, abrasion and prolonged outdoor exposure.

INMOULD Solid
-For application to inside of mould BEFORE moulding process
INMOULD graphics become fully moulded into the product during the moulding cycle and finish flush with the surface on the part.
PSI Brand INMOULD Solid graphics feature a solid opaque background which does not allow any colour from your plastic part to show through the design.
INMOULD Solid graphics are supplied pre-coated with pressure sensitive adhesive for ease of application. Simply peel off their anti-stick backing and apply to the mould surface. No need for any spray adhesive which is a great time-saver for the moulder. Use an application roller to further adhere graphic to mould surface.
The graphics can be applied to virtually any mould temperature from cold to very hot, which is another great time saving feature for the moulder, since pre-heating or excessive cooling of the mould is not necessary.
Once moulded the graphics are so opaque that there is no part colour bleed-through, even with a white graphic on a black part!

INMOULD Clear
-For application to inside of mould BEFORE moulding process.
Similar to INMOULD Solid, these graphics become fully moulded into the product during the moulding cycle and finish flush with the surface on the part.
PSI Brand INMOULD Clear graphics feature a clear background which allows the colour of your plastic part to show through the design.
The application and design of these are virtually the same as INMOULD Solid graphics with pre-coated adhesive and an opaque finish.

POSTMOULD
-For application to product AFTER the moulding process.
PSI Brand POSTMOULD graphics are designed specially for post mould application for decorating pre-moulded product. A great solution for stock items requiring decoration, numbering, coding etc.
POSTMOULD graphics are applied to the part using a heat and burnishing process to transfer and fully embed the graphic into the surface of the plastic part.
Supplied on a transfer backing, these graphics have proven to be another application friendly product from PSI Brand.
