PSI Brand has developed 4 types of graphics all suited for use on injection moulded plastic parts. Each type has its own special features to suit each application of the injection moulding industry.
These graphics are another tried, tested and proven labeling system to permanently decorate and enhance your Polyethelene, Polypropylene or PVC plastic products.
Featuring the finest pigments and clear coats available, PSI Brand graphics are sure to meet your decorating demands, whatever the application.
Once moulded to the product these graphics offer superior resistance to chemicals, abrasion and prolonged outdoor exposure. We have designed these graphics to last as long as your part!

INMOULD Solid
-For application to inside of mould BEFORE moulding process
INMOULD Solid graphics become fully moulded into the product during the moulding cycle and finish flush with the surface on the part.
PSI Brand INMOULD Solid graphics feature a solid background which does not allow any colour from your plastic part to show through the design.
INMOULD solid graphics can be pre-coated with pressure sensitive adhesive for ease of application. Simply peel off their anti-stick backing and apply to the mould surface. No need for any spray adhesive which is a great time-saver for the moulder. Alternatively these can be supplied free of adhesive and suction or spray-adhesive can be used for application to the mould surface.
Once moulded the graphics are brilliant and so opaque that there is no part colour bleed-through, even with a white graphic on a black part!

INMOULD Clear
-For application to inside of mould BEFORE moulding process.
Similar to INMOULD Solid, these graphics become fully moulded into the product during the moulding cycle and finish flush with the surface on the part.
PSI Brand INMOULD Clear graphics feature a clear background which allows the colour of your plastic part to show through the design.
The application and design of these are virtually the same as INMOULD Solid graphics.

INMOULD ES
-For application to inside of mould BEFORE moulding process.
Similar to INMOULD Solid and Clear, these graphics become fully moulded into the product during the moulding cycle and finish flush with the surface on the part.
The unique feature of PSI Brand INMOULD ES graphics is that they are electro-static chargeable. This enables the graphic to be applied to the mould manually or by robotic arm and positioned in the mould using a static charge. This feature is ideal for larger scale applications.
These graphics can also be applied to the mould using vacuum ports, pinning or spray-adhesive.
Unlike IML commonly used in the food and packaging industry, these graphics are designed for harsher elements and outdoor use, featuring superior resistance to colour fade, abrasion and chemicals.

POSTMOULD
-For application to product AFTER the moulding process.
PSI Brand POSTMOULD graphics are designed specially for decorating pre-moulded product. A great solution for stock items requiring decoration, numbering, coding etc.
POSTMOULD graphics are applied to the part using a heat and burnishing process to transfer and fully embed the graphic into the surface of the plastic part.
Supplied on a transfer backing, these graphics have proven to be another application friendly product from PSI Brand.
