PSI Brand highly recommends the use of their own new, revolutionary burnishing tools for the application of their POSTMOULD graphics.
Our burnishing pads feature hard plastic circular tips one side and a soft grip pad on the other. This provides extra flexibility and the also ability to applicate our POSTMOULD graphics to almost any plastic surface, from parts with very thin walls to as thick as you get, flat or curved.

A robust gas blowtorch is required for application of PSI Brand POSTMOULD graphic

These blowtorches are designed to emit the required flame to prepare the plastic surface and also finish the application process of POSTMOULD graphics.
PSI Brand has carefully researched, trialed and proven that the following blowtorches are the best suited for this unique POSTMOULD application.
Alternative uses for blowtorches include part flaming, thermo plastic markings, heat source on industrial production line and plastic shrink film application.

A wide flame blowtorch with built in anti-flaring device that can be used at any angle. 360° approach!
This adaptor is an easy clip-on attachment to suit nozzle type propane/butane gas cannisters.

RIPACK® 2200 Blowtorch - PSI RIPAC

Extra wide flame blowtorch featuring the following; cold nozzle technology for operator safety and 360° nozzle rotation for ease of use and precise application.
This blowtorch is supplied in a transport case including regulator and 8 meters / 26 feet of propane gas hose. Includes guarantee. Attach hose to propane gas bottle and ignite using built-in electric ignition.
These guns are extremely robust and were designed especially for use with shrinkwrap film, a commonly used plastic film for wrapping products. Heated with RIPACK blowtorch, the plastic film, when wrapped around a product will shrink as it cools down and fit tightly around the item.
